Bit Face Shape Selection:


1. Drop Center Bit
Crafted for exceptional penetration rates in soft to medium-hard and corrosive rock formations. Operates optimally under low to medium air pressures while ensuring maximum hole deviation control.
2. Concave Face
An all-purpose bit face, ideal for medium-hard and homogeneous rock formations. It provides excellent hole deviation control and efficient flushing capacity.
3. Convex Face
Designed for superior penetration rates in soft to medium-hard conditions with low to medium air pressures. Offers remarkable resistance to steel wash, potentially reducing load and wear on gauge buttons, though with limited hole deviation control.
4. Double Gauge Face
This face shape excels in fast penetration rates for medium to hard rock formations. It is engineered for high air pressures and provides excellent resistance to steel wash with its step gauge bit design.
5. Flat Face Bit
Perfectly suited for hard to very hard and abrasive rock formations in high air pressure applications. It ensures good penetration rates and robust resistance to steel wash.

There are currently more than 80 employees. The company has many senior mechanical design engineers with more than 20 years of experience in drilling tool design.
