Bit Face Shape Selection:


1. Drop Center Bit
Ideal for achieving high penetration rates in soft to medium-hard, corrosive rock formations using low to medium air pressures. This bit ensures maximum hole deviation control.
2. Concave Face
An all-encompassing bit face tailored specifically for medium-hard and homogeneous rock formations. It offers commendable hole deviation control and boasts excellent flushing capacity.
3. Convex Face
Designed for high penetration in soft to medium-hard terrains with low to medium air pressures. It resists steel wash effectively, potentially reducing gauge button load and wear, but offers limited hole deviation control.
4. Double Gauge Face
Perfectly suited for rapid penetration rates within medium to hard rock formations, designed to operate under high air pressures. Offers remarkable resistance to steel wash with its step gauge bit.
5. Flat Face Bit
Engineered for hard to extremely hard, abrasive rock formations, this face shape excels in high-air-pressure applications. It provides impressive penetration rates and steadfast resistance to steel wash.

There are currently more than 80 employees. The company has many senior mechanical design engineers with more than 20 years of experience in drilling tool design. It covers an area of 5,000 square meters and has more than 60 sets of various advanced equipment and facilities required for manufacturing rock drilling tools.
