Bit Face Shape Selection:


1. Drop Center Bit
Engineered for rapid penetration in soft to medium-hard and corrosive rock conditions. Suitable for low to medium air pressures, it offers exceptional control for minimal hole deviation.
2. Concave Face
An all-purpose, highly versatile bit face ideal for medium-hard, homogenous rock formations, delivering precise hole alignment and efficient flushing capacity.
3. Convex Face
Achieve high-speed penetration rates in soft to medium-hard rocks with low to medium air pressures. This face shape offers remarkable resistance to steel wash, potentially reducing load and wear on gauge buttons. Note, however, its reduced hole deviation control.
4. Double Gauge Face
Specially designed for swift penetration in medium to hard rock settings, accommodating high air pressures and offering robust resistance to steel wash with exceptional step gauge bit performance.
5. Flat Face Bit
Perfectly suited for hard to extremely hard and abrasive rock formations, this bit excels in high-pressure environments, delivering excellent penetration rates and superior resistance to steel wash.

There are currently more than 80 employees. The company has many senior mechanical design engineers with more than 20 years of experience in drilling tool design.
