Bit Face Shape Selection:


1. Drop Center Bit
Designed for rapid penetration in soft to medium-hard and corrosive rock formations. Perfectly suited for low to medium air pressures, it offers superb control over hole deviation.
2. Concave Face
This versatile bit face excels in medium-hard and uniform rock formations. It ensures excellent hole deviation control and efficient flushing capabilities.
3. Convex Face
Ideal for achieving high penetration rates in soft to medium-hard formations under low to medium air pressures. This shape is highly resistant to steel wash, minimizing load and wear on gauge buttons, albeit offering less hole deviation control.
4. Double Gauge Face
Engineered for rapid penetration in medium to hard rock formations, this face is optimized for high air pressures and exhibits superb resistance to steel wash.
5. Flat Face Bit

There are currently more than 80 employees. The company has many senior mechanical design engineers with more than 20 years of experience in drilling tool design. It covers an area of 5,000 square meters and has more than 60 sets of various advanced equipment and facilities required for manufacturing rock drilling tools.
