Bit Face Shape Selection:


1. Drop Center Bit
Perfectly crafted for high penetration rates in soft to medium-hard and corrosive rock formations. Designed to operate with low to medium air pressures, offering maximum hole deviation control.
2. Concave Face
An all-rounder in drilling applications, this bit face is tailored for medium-hard and homogeneous rock formations, ensuring good hole deviation control and excellent flushing capacity.
3. Convex Face
Engineered for high penetration in soft to medium-hard formations under low to medium air pressures, offering strong resistance to steel wash and reduced load and wear on gauge buttons, albeit with less hole deviation control.
4. Double Gauge Face
Designed for rapid penetration in medium to hard rock formations, this face shape is perfect for high air pressures, boasting excellent resistance to steel wash and step gauge bits.
5. Flat Face Bit
Ideal for hard to very hard and abrasive rock formations, particularly in high air pressure applications, providing excellent penetration rates and strong resistance to steel wash.
