Bit Face Shape Selection:


1. Drop Center Bit
Ideal for achieving remarkable penetration rates in soft to medium-hard and corrosive rocks. It offers exceptional control over hole deviation, utilizing low to medium air pressures.
2. Concave Face
Designed for versatility, this bit face excels in medium-hard, homogeneous rock formations, offering superb hole deviation control and efficient flushing capacity.
3. Convex Face
Optimized for high penetration in soft to medium-hard rocks using low to medium air pressures, minimizing steel wash resistance and reducing wear on the gauge buttons, yet has limited hole deviation control.
4. Double Gauge Face
This face shape is tailored for rapid penetration in medium to hard rocks, operating under high air pressures with excellent resistance to steel wash.
5. Flat Face Bit
Perfect for tackling hard to very hard and abrasive rock formations under high air pressures, offering remarkable penetration rates and steel wash resistance.
